Return policy

According to Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the day that the purchased items have been received.
If the consumer wishes to return a product purchased from Aura Kritis online store, the product must be in excellent condition, unused and the consumer must demonstrate the receipt.

Steps for product return

  1. Make sure that the item fulfills the terms and conditions of acceptable returns

The conditions for accepting the return of a product are the following:

  • Aura Kritis must be informed by the client about the request for return within 14 calendar days from the day that the item has been received.
  • As we give great importance to the preservation of hygiene, only unused products are accepted for return. In particular, the returned products must be in excellent condition, the security sticker must not have been removed, there must be no signs of use and the outer packaging must have remained unchanged. Returns after using the product are not accepted.
  • The returned product must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase. Returns without receipt of purchase are not accepted.

If the consumer is convinced that the above conditions are met, he should contact Aura Kritis as soon as possible.

The consumer who wishes to return a product must contact us immediately and state the request clearly and providing all the required information.

When contacting Aura Kritis, the consumer should provide the following information accurately and correctly:

  • Full name
  • Contact details (e-mail address, phone number)
  • Order details (order number, order date)
  • Product information to be returned (product name, product code)
  • Optionally may include the reason for return although it is not necessary to justify the wish to return the product.
  1. Shipping of return item

The consumer is charged by the expenses of the product transportation. The consumer must choose a transportation company which enables item tracking and send it to our address:

When sending the products for return, the consumer has the overall responsibility to protect the product from any damage during the transport process, therefore is very important to make all the necessary protection actions. Items which are received damaged will not be accepted for return.

  1. Refund

When the returned product is received by Aura Kritis, it is thoroughly inspected to ensure its non-use and the absence of damage at the packaging and external markings. If the product is accepted for return, we will contact the consumer immediately in order to request bank details for the return of the value of the product. Aura Kritis is responsible for completing the refund within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned item at the company's premises. It is emphasized that the amount of money to be returned is the same as stated on the sales receipt, regardless of fluctuations in the current price of the product that may be due to offers. In case the returned product is part of an offer set of products, the consumer must return the whole set of products and not individual products, in order to receive a refund.

Change of a defective product change or shipping error

A defective product or received item which is different from the ordered can be changed, if the notification of the request has been made within 14 calendar days from its receipt.
In this case, the consumer must make photograph(s) of the product in the condition received and send the picture at Aura Kritis. The request must be followed by the required information, as in the case of item return (see section above). The contact e-mails are info@aurakritis.gr  or aurakritis@gmail.com.
In this case, too, the product must bear no signs of use, its contents must be unchanged and the security stickers must be untouched, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
The consumer must contact Aura Kritis in the ways listed above (return item section) in order to make their request known within 14 calendar days from the item receipt. The item is shipped with a transportation company that offers item tracking on our company’s expenses.
